    FUNCTION
        This function is used to release the information obtained
        with obtaindtdrawinfoa().

        This function invokes the object's DTM_RELEASEDRAWINFO method
        using the opmember message structure.

    INPUTS
        handle - Pointer to an object returned by obtaindtdrawinfoa().
