FuBar: BUGFIX: currently, if you disable a plugin in one profile, then switch to another, the new profile wont see the disabled plugin its in menus AT ALL, you have to manually load on demand the plugin, then disable it, for it to behave. This is a result of the fact that the loadondemand settings are account wide, not per profile. Made it per profile to fix that. ckk, if you don't like it, feel free to revert and implement your own fix.
